A/S Procedure

We provide an one-year warranty service from the date of the original retail purchase that involves defects in the product or workmanship.

The warranty service includes free repairs for the product however some exclusions can be made.

 

Free Repair :

1.     Repairs involving simple chain disconnections due to separations within linkages (charges will be made if it involves disconnections with  in pearl chains or disconnection between chains).

2.     Dislocated Faux Pearls and Cubic Zirconia (Gemstones excluded), hook type classic clasps

 

Paid Repairs:

1.     Re-plating

2.     Size Changes

3.     All A/S due to customers negligence, broken chain pearls, broken chains, dislocated ear posts etc…

 

Please be aware that the warranty excludes damages resulting from the customers own negligence, accidents, modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

 

 

Repair Procedure

 

A.    Visit S_S.IL Showroom

Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gul, 49-31, Saintvill 1F, Seoul, Korea

Office Hours: Mon – Fri 10:00 ~ 8:00 (Lunch Break: 12:00 ~ 13:00)

By visiting our showroom in-person simple repair can process immediately.

 

B.     Courier

Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, 49-31, Saintvill 2F, Seoul, Korea

 

1.     Please check the ­­­­repair availability of your product through our website Q&A page or call +82.070.4115.8223.

2.     Please write down the desired A/S request and enclose it with your product.

3.     Please use your desired courier service for delivery (every shipmemt should be paid in advance).

4.     Once we go through your product, we will inform you with the total repair and courier cost. Please deposit the cost to the directed payment method.

5.     After the payment has been confirmed, your product will be sent and the service will be completed.

 

* Please understand that we can only the exact repair cost once the repair has been completed (an estimate cost will be provided when we go over your product).

* Please be aware that the shape and color may not be the same as the original when replacing gemstones or freshwater pearls.

* All repairs are conducted as a first come first served basis.

* The processing time may vary depending on the product.

                  - Re-plating: 1 ~ 2 weeks

                  - Simple chain disconnections involving linkage: 1week

                  - Gemstone, pendant replacements or any replacements that require reproduction : 2~3weeks

 

We do not take any responsibility for damages caused by customer’s negligence, accidents, modifications or products that have passed the warranty period.
